il Circolo Ra Ca’ dur Barlich di Varese organizza presso la sua sede sociale la presentazione del libro:
“Piante selvatiche d’Insubria in alimentazione e in medicina”
La presentazione sarà curata dall’autore, dott. Gabriele Peroni.
Il testo è stato pubblicato da Terra Insubre in collaborazione con Edizioni Il Cerchio di Rimini e tratta di oltre 300 piante selvatiche utilizzate in passato con scopi alimentari e curativi. Lo studio è un esempio unico di conservazione e revisione critica di notizie frutto di “trasmissione orale”, altrimenti perdute.
